WELCOME!

Leamington Spa is a Transition Town.

That means that we are committed to finding sustainable and enjoyable ways to adapt to the challenges of peak oil and climate change.

We are a Consensus Decision Making community group which means there is no leader and everyone has a say. Get involved in the local transition towards low carbon, resilient lifestyles! It's easy to sign up, join interest groups, and receive event alerts. This is our constitution.

Our long term aim is to help the local community create an Energy Descent Action Plan- and then have this adopted as local government policy.

Coming soon: open space discussion on Transition Leamington's current primary focus: adapting an existing independent Warwickshire energy report to help kick-start work on the Energy Descent Action Plan.

Transition Picnic in the Woods at Foundry Wood

July 26, 2014 from 12pm to 3pm
A relaxed and informal "Bring & Share" family picnic at Foundry Wood to celebrate with other folk who want to make Leamington a more lovely place to live.  An opportunity to discuss and share ideas on forthcoming projects, set a date for the next Transition Meeting and a chance to mooch around the fabulous Foundry Wood.  Look forward to seeing you there.See More
